Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

Last updated: March 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Rayvoy collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

01

Our Promise

Rayvoy ("Rayvoy," "we," "our," and "us") respects the privacy of our online customers and visitors to this website (www.rayvoy.com), its affiliated pages, and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or otherwise interact with the Site, how we use it, and when we may share it.

This Privacy Policy only describes our Site practices. It does not apply to how we generally collect or use other information we collect from or about you as a customer or applicant for our study abroad consultancy services.

Our Site may link to third-party services or apps that we do not control, including social media sites (collectively, "Third-Party Sites"). You should be aware that Third-Party Sites may have different privacy practices from our Site and may provide less security than this Site. The choice to access a Third-Party Site is yours, in your sole discretion.

Please note that this Privacy Policy also applies regardless of how you access the Site, including through a mobile device. Once you leave our Site or are redirected to a Third-Party Site, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

02

How We Collect Information

Generally, we collect and receive certain information about you when you access the Site. What we receive, and how we receive it, depends in part on what you do when you access the Site.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email address, or phone number) and non-personally identifiable information when you provide it to us — for example, if you request to receive offers and programme alerts, or when you complete an enquiry or registration form.

We also collect information you provide when filling in forms on the Site, including contact and registration forms; when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us; and when you report a problem with the Site.

Except for the limited instances where you choose to interact with us and provide personally identifiable information directly, you are not required to submit such information. You can browse the Site and review content without submitting any personal details.

Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information about you when you access the Site.

03

Tracking Technologies

When you access and use our Site or any associated application, we may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details: We may automatically collect details of your access to and use of the Site, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Site.
  • Device Information: We may collect information about your device and internet connection, including the device's unique identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, and mobile network information.
  • Stored Information and Files: Our apps may access metadata and other information associated with files stored on your device, such as photographs and contact information, to the extent permitted by your device settings.

When you use the Site or its content, certain third parties may use tracking technologies (such as cookies and web beacons) and other automatic information-collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include analytics providers, advertising networks, and our service partners.

The information they collect may be associated with your personal information, or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and services. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies. If you have any questions about an advertisement or targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

  • Cookies: A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer or mobile device to distinguish you from other visitors to the Site.
  • Web Beacons: A web beacon (also referred to as a "pixel tag") is a small block of code placed on a Site page or within an email to help distinguish you from other visitors, assess traffic patterns, and measure your engagement with the Site or email.
  • Google Analytics: A service which tracks a user's journey across website pages to help us understand how visitors use our Site.

Rayvoy uses these features to collect non-personally identifiable information about you, including (but not limited to) your IP address and/or domain; the type and version of the browser you use; and the date, time, and duration of your visit to the Site. These tools enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience on and off the Site.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete some of the means by which we automatically collect information. However, doing so may affect your experience on the Site. By visiting and using the Site you consent to the use of these tracking technologies and related services.

04

Behavioral Advertising

We or our service providers may use information about your activities on the Site (such as the pages you visit and the keywords you use to search for content) to help determine what advertisements or offers might be of interest to you. These advertisements may appear on the Site or on Third-Party Sites. This practice is referred to as "online behavioral advertising."

You may opt out of online behavioral advertising by following the instructions in the "Your Options" section below. Please note that opting out will not stop you from receiving advertisements; however, the advertisements you see may be less relevant to you.

05

How We Use the Information We Collect

Information we collect about you and your web browsing behaviour is used to optimise your experience on our Site. Among other reasons, we may use the information you provide or that we collect to:

  • Verify your identity and/or remember your personal settings or preferences when using the Site;
  • Determine your interests and needs in order to recommend relevant study abroad programmes and services;
  • Qualify you for services you request and to process your enquiries and applications;
  • Post advertising content on Third-Party Sites to provide information to us and to third parties about pages you visit after seeing our ads or offers;
  • Analyse the quality and performance of the Site and our marketing campaigns;
  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection; and
  • Notify you of updates, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide.

We may also use data we collect on an aggregate or anonymous basis for various business purposes, including offering products or services, research, marketing, or analysing marketing trends consistent with applicable law.

06

How We Share the Information We Collect

We may share personally identifiable information you provide to us, or that we receive from our business partners and/or service providers, with our service providers. For example, we share your email address with service providers who send emails on our behalf. We may also share non-personally identifiable information with third parties who perform advertising services on our behalf and with companies that operate or analyse the Site.

We do not authorise these third parties to collect, use, or disclose this information except as necessary to perform services for us or to comply with law. These third parties may not use the information we provide to them to independently market to you unless you consent.

There may be other instances in which we share personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable information with a third party, for example:

  • To respond to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or other official governmental actions, and in conformity with their terms or as otherwise permitted or required by law;
  • To respond to our regulators or other governmental authorities;
  • To protect or defend Rayvoy or any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents in any legal proceeding;
  • Where we suspect fraud or for other risk management purposes;
  • As required or permitted by law; or
  • As otherwise instructed or authorised by you.
07

Your Options

To stop receiving promotional emails, follow the instructions in any promotional message you receive from Rayvoy. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you transactional messages, including responses to your questions or information about your application or enrolment.

To opt out of online behavioral advertising, click the opt-out logo in the corner of the advertisement or visit http://www.aboutads.info. Please note that this opt-out is browser- and device-specific and stored as a cookie. If you delete cookies after you opt out, you will need to opt out again.

You may also have rights under applicable data protection laws, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any such rights, please contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.

08

Online Security

Rayvoy has developed and maintains security standards designed to protect information as it is transmitted from your computer to the network that hosts the Site. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the leading security protocol for data transfer on the Internet.

You also have a significant role in maintaining the security of your information. You should ensure that you have up-to-date anti-virus and anti-malware software installed on your device. Rayvoy will never send you electronic communications requesting sensitive personal information. Similarly, you should never send us sensitive personal information through a non-secure email channel.

If you communicate with us electronically, you consent for us (or our service providers) to reply to you in that medium.

You are in control of the information you share with Rayvoy, either directly or indirectly. If you are uncomfortable sharing your personally identifiable information with us, the easiest option is not to do so. However, you understand that if you do not share such information with us, we may be unable to assist you with certain services.

09

Personal Information of Children

The Site, and the products and services described on the Site, are intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13 you should not be visiting the Site. We do not knowingly collect or retain personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13 and are visiting or otherwise using the Site you are advised not to disclose or provide any personally identifiable information on the Site.

10

If You Access the Site from Outside India

If you reside outside India, you understand and agree that any information you provide to us on the Site will be transferred from the country of your residence or location at the time it was provided to India. If you do not want your personally identifiable information to be transferred to India, do not provide that information to us. By providing us with your information you consent to the transfer of your information to India.

11

NDNC Policy

By using this Website and/or registering yourself at Rayvoy, you authorise us to contact you via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to offer you our services, impart product knowledge, and share promotional offers running on the website and offers offered by associated third parties. For these reasons, personally identifiable information may be collected.

Irrespective of whether you have registered yourself under the DND, DNC, or NCPR service, you still authorise us to contact you from Rayvoy for the above-mentioned purposes for up to 365 days of your registration with us.

This Privacy Policy covers Rayvoy's treatment of personally identifiable information that Rayvoy collects when you are on the Rayvoy site and when you use Rayvoy's services. This policy also covers Rayvoy's treatment of personally identifiable information that Rayvoy's business partners share with Rayvoy.

12

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy from time to time to understand whether any changes have been made.
